Hot Tub Meditations

Life gets pretty crazy, and I know if I don’t slow down once in a while, I feel like I’m missing it.

Like most people, being a parent, running around, making sure everyone is taken care of, the problems and stresses of life pile up.

And when I start to overthink, small problems become huge.

For example, I was struggling with how to deal with a difficult customer recently. It seemed like no matter what I thought of, it was wrong.

So here’s what I do in situations like that.

I call it a Hot Tub Meditation.

When I’m finally alone, after the rest of the family has gone to bed, or sometimes it’s during the day if I’m home, I just sit in the hot tub, put the jets on and close my eyes.

No rings and dings and notifications from all my stupid apps on my phone.

I might put on some tunes on my Bluetooth headphones just to chill out.

And you know what?

After 15 minutes, I usually know what I need to do. I’ve got a focus, a clarity and a spring in my step for the next 24 hours.

One Hot Tub Meditation and my problem is solved.

Sounds kinda hokey, I know, but that’s the truth.

I never could have predicted a hot tub could do that for me.

And right now, that could be for you too.

If you’d like to see what I’ve got in stock, let me know and I’ll get that over to you right away.

Time to relax
