Urban Life offers the “ALL INCLUSIVE” Hot Tub Service Package. This service provides a clean and comfortable hot tub for you and your guests to enjoy. The all inclusive package helps you control costs by having ONE weekly maintenance fee.
Weekly Care Package
Starting at $140/month, plus taxes (Chemicals included in pricing.)
The Weekly Service Package is recommended for hot tubs being used 3 out of 4 weekends a month. This package maintains excellent water quality for owners and guests, combined with the necessary equipment maintenance for the longevity of the hot tub.
This package includes the following:
Hot tub is visited on a scheduled day, weekly
All chemicals are INCLUDED, no chemicals are stored at the site.
All equipment needed to service hot tub is provided by Urban Life
Filter cleaning is included once per month.
Complete water quality testing and chemical balancing
Inspection of water temperature and level
Checks to ensure all jets and air controls are functioning
Hot tub vacuum and surface cleaning
Hot tub cover cleaning
Rural Weekly Care Package
Starting at $165.00/month plus taxes. (Within 20 minutes of Steinbach) (Chemicals included in pricing.)
The Rural Weekly Service Package is recommended for hot tubs being used 3 out of 4 weekends a month. This package maintains excellent water quality for owners and guests, combined with the necessary equipment maintenance for the longevity of the hot tub.
This package includes the following:
Hot tub is visited on a scheduled day, weekly
All chemicals are INCLUDED, no chemicals are stored at the site.
All equipment needed to service hot tub is provided by Urban Life

*Additional Fees
These fees are applicable on all hot tub service packages and are as follows:
Extra owner requested water changes are billed at $125.00/hour
Replacement Filter Cartridges and floating chlorine dispensers. Thermometers are extra.
Our service includes all chemical needed for weekly water maintenance! We cannot guarantee water clarity or water issues that are beyond our control.
Urban Life will discount 20% on all service work while under our maintenance program (Reflected in the $132/hour repair fee)
