| Hot Spring | Partial Support. Only out of warranty support available, we can only service spa packs, heaters, pumps and keypads, not plumbing leaks. Contact your local Hot Spring dealer for leak repair. | |

We don't repair Jacuzzi or Coast brand hot tubs because of access to proprietary parts and lack of service access. We also don't service indoor jetted bathtubs

Urban Life serves all of Eastern Manitoba, and North-Western Ontario (NWO). From Bird’s Hill to the US border, from Winnipeg to Cottage Country, Urban Life can service your hot tub
Service Rates
We have flat rates on a lot of our services.
Generally, a hot tub diagnosis is $180 for local to Winnipeg or Steinbach, but may be higher in more remote areas.
Once the problem has been diagnosed we will provide an estimate of the total repair costs going forward for you to approve.
Service Policies
Our Commitment:
Urban Life is committed to offering professional and quality service for your pool, hot tub, or swim spa. Everything we do is based upon getting you up and running as quickly as possible with a long-term fix in mind.
Mileage:
For customers more than 20km outside of Steinbach or Winnipeg, we may charge a modest mileage fee if we don't have other jobs in the area.
If we make an error, or forget parts, we will not charge additional mileage for return trips.
Payment Policy:
We require a major credit card to book a service appointment unless otherwise arranged.
We won't bill you until the work is done and you have approved repairs.
Payment is due upon receipt of your invoice and is not conditional on any other work being done. It is our policy to collect payment from work that has been completed before we will come out to do more service that is required.
Agreement of Terms:
By confirming your service call appointment with our team, you are acknowledging that you have read, understand, and agree to the terms and policies laid out in this document.
Pool Service
We do not service pool equipment, but if you reach out, we can recommend someone reliable who does. We will always test pool water, sell parts and provide water care products for your pool.
